Career
Sakthi featured as a child artist in his father's successful Chinna Thambi in 1991, portraying the younger version of the character played by Prabhu. He went on to star in Nadigan featuring Sathyaraj.In 2007, he returned in the lead role in Thottal Poo Malarum directed by his father; however, the film failed to become successful at the box-office. Since he has featured in the romcom Mahesh Saranya Matrum Palar, another unsuccessful film. Sakthi appeared in a supporting role in Ninaithale Inikkum. His role was appreciated by critics, and the film broke even.
He is currently acting in several films including Aattanayagan, Vanjikottai Vaaliban, Etho Seithai Ennai and Kallachiripazhaga.
Personal life
Sakthi got engaged to Smrithi, a B.Com graduate from Stella Maris College, Chennai. The engagement ceremony was held at a hotel in Chennai on June 5, 2011. The wedding took place on the 31 October 2011, in Mayor Ramanathan Hall in Chennai.Filmography
